When you complete an estimate request form we collect your name, telephone number, email address, the service you are interested in and any project details you choose to give us.

If you call or email us directly, we hold the contact details and correspondence needed to respond to your enquiry and carry out any work you go on to instruct.

To respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit and prepare an estimate.

To carry out and administer any work you instruct, including drawings, building control submissions and guarantee registration.

To keep records required for insurance, warranty and tax purposes.

We share only what is necessary, and only with parties involved in delivering your project: for example an architectural technician or structural engineer preparing your drawings and calculations, your local authority building control body, or our warranty provider when registering a guarantee.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up, then deleted.

Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as required by our insurance, guarantee and legal obligations.
